GlassPing is a digital product delivered instantly, but we still stand behind it with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-day money-back guarantee
If GlassPing isn’t right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund your payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
What you should know about digital delivery
Because your QR code is delivered to your email immediately after payment, you receive the product right away. Requesting a refund ends your license to use that QR code and its inbox; the code will be deactivated. Please don’t keep a printed code in use after a refund.
How to request a refund
Email contact@glassping.net from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your order receipt, and tell us you want a refund. We aim to respond within two business days.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, so your refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. It typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles, or use of the service to harm others. These cases are rare and handled individually.
